| Your seminar certainly takes a lot of digesting. There is a lot of information about not only buying property, but how to set up a structure of business for Big Business. I have already started to ring around developers and have found one willing to consider a £30,000 reduction in price! I am now working on another deal. I hope it comes off. | I attended the workshop in April. I like to think that I am quite financially astute, but after the course, I really started to comprehend the true power of money. For starters, I am beginning to realise that we're getting a very raw deal when it comes to banking. During the day I did learn about other courses the Reality Expansion group run and have signed myself and brother up for both Arbitrage mentor and Commercial Property mentor. My true ambition in life is to own a manufacturing company in Bangladesh one day to create employment for my family, friends and local people out there and think that this might be realised sooner than I hoped - if I can build up my passive income to free up my time. I know this is achievable now and that there is more than one way to create the cash I need. The course renewed my enthusiasm once again for finding other ways to genuinely provide good income. Thanks to the team and the participant interaction, I enjoyed the day that Reality Expansion put on in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust; the atmosphere had a fab community spirit. I felt both Sunil and Matthew did a great job and the funds went to a very worthwhile cause. On top of that the day was informative and fun as well as being of value on the networking side and of course all the meals/drinks that were supplied were an added bonus. Cheers Ann C |

| Thanks to everyone in the team at Reality Expansion. The Foundation 4 Success was a great day out. I both learnt a lot from the speakers and had some of my own beliefs confirmed, but most of all I got to meet a large number of like minded people with whom I could share my experiences and benefit from them sharing theirs. As a dyslexic I dread courses, so to find a course with teachers that make it both easy and fun to learn is rare. It was a 2 day course packed full of information, presented in an easy to understand format which we were able to put to use immediately. We now appreciate the power of the community and feel fortunate to be a part of it.

I found Nigel to be informative, knowledgeable and very approachable.
The first day I found hard going with so many facts and figures but a lot came together when looking at case studies in putting knowledge into real life deals. The course was fantastic, my biggest problem now is I can not concentrate on my existing business. I have started to action the 30 day plan and I am finding it much easier than expected.
I have absolutely no doubt that I will have my first property in the next 8 to 12 weeks. It is incredible how easily the price of a property can be reduced using the methods you taught us, today I was offered the equivalent of £25000 off the price of a new property and that was without trying. Not only that the sales person said that she loves to meet customers like me it makes her work so much easier.
"The longest Workshop ever" I'm not quite sure why that was but probably because none of the delegates wanted to go home and were greedy for more information.
I have always been a calculated risk taker but at 59 I can not afford to make a major mistake, in this case although there is always an element of risk I am totally confident that this system will work and give me the retirement I have always dreamed of.
In my business as a Gas Engineer I visit several rented properties a day and visit 5 or 6 letting agents a day, to date I have never seen any Landlord or Agent using a system anything like this or getting an income that comes even close to that generated by your methods.
Watch this space my first property is just weeks away.
I don't even know how I stumbled on your web site but thank goodness I did. I have had the entire way I think reversed and turned upside down in just one long week end., its hard to believe that is possible. This weekend has been a life changing experience for me.
