The workshop has been very usefull and a lot of material learned will be used in real life.
However, that all is very technical and requires quite deep knowledge of internet and how it works. In genral thats been very usefull,as all the other Reality Expansion workshops.

I came on the workshop with a very scepticle view, but learned alot. Exspecially Minus Money down.
Before, i didn't even used to negotiate house prices when i went to yhe buliders, i just stared and thought whatever. But now, who's to say that property is worth what the builder or estate agent says,
the sky is my limit and im going to make that damn portfolio.

Dear Sunil & Nick,

As a ‘seasoned’ Property Mentor Delegate I knew that attending the Renovation Workshop would give me great value for money and boy was I right.

The weekend was stimulating and packed full of information, it not only left me enthused over the prospect of renovating run down properties, (which is a feat in itself),  but has also given me the knowledge and confidence to manage such a project.

On top of this the workshop has already helped me to save money on our existing houses both new and old.

So much so that I have already, in just over a week, recouped the cost of the course and more!!

I also know that saving money, time and hassle is something that I will be able to repeat, due to Renovation Workshop and I would recommend the course to anyone owning any type of property.

Hello Sunil,

Following the recent Renovation Mentor Workshop, I felt compelled to write and tell you how fantastic I thought it was.

It was a real privileged to once again find myself in a room full of like minded people from various backgrounds with so much to offer, not to mention Nick's phenomenal expertise and obvious enthusiasm.

Everything was explained in such a thorough and easy to understand manner with techniques and tips that will really work for me.

I have learned ways to save money instantly as well as a structured system for the longer term that I have no doubt will enable me to make a huge amount of money, allowing me to give my mother the retirement that she deserves - a distant dream this time last year.

I was able to go home on the evening of the workshop and start the process straight away.
