As a complete novice in property investment I had the impression that only ‘special people’ could do it. The workshop has removed all the mystery behind property investment and has provided me with not just theory , but the practical steps needed to get started in this market. I would highly recommend the workshop to anyone" Tony G IT Professional London |

Last Sunday we went out looking for properties, within a few hours we had found a deal... A sale had fallen through on a house and they were offering a deal of a lifetime. We’ve agreed to buy the property and structured the deal so that we’ll get £61,000 in tax free cash after completion.”

Wow! I left your workshop on a high; I will never look at property the same way again. You delivered so much valuable information in so little time whilst making it easy to understand. You covered so much ground yet you explained it so well, I think the post workshop support will be invaluable to achieve my personal goal. I really believe that I will have a million pound property portfolio within a year” Robert U, Business Consultant Bedfordshire |

The property workshop has turned my property ideas upside down! I was so confident on the evening after the seminar that I am already in the process of negotiating on two potential properties and doing some homework on two others. All this within just 4 days of attending. I have not slept for the past couple of nights for sheer excitement. You gave such invaluable advice, information and support in an enjoyable, friendly and excited atmosphere. I am on my way to having a multi-million pound portfolio and can realistically see the first million being in place within the next 4-6 months. No more will I kill the cow! Once again, my heart felt thanks, it was awesome!” Rod G Personal Development Coach Buckinghamshire |

Just a quick note to say thanks for everything! For taking the decision to start your workshops and teach the knowledge that you've acquired. My wife told me earlier that she is convinced that it is the way forward, she can see the potential and it will be good working together. Since we became less active with our own business I've wanted to find something that we could both harness together and property is it. A paradigm shift has occurred within both of us, which will allow us finally to be in a position to fulfil our dreams. She is understandably nervous about becoming a 'landlord,' and I must admit so am I. Financing a Large detached property is a quantum leap from looking at small terraced houses and wondering how to finance that. We spent some time earlier 'stacking' properties; there was one on a local estate... It stacks with a monthly positive cashflow of over £1300 I believe that 3 properties can set me free, because my freedom is what I want more than anything. Live long and prosper. I would like to thank you for putting on this most informative course. It was a pleasure to attend and I found it very very useful. I will never look at property in the same way again. As I drove home on Sunday I was really excited. It was a great feeling. Just as an update I have started to look at my first deal and will keep you informed. Many Thanks :-) Arshad H Wakefield |

Quick update on my deal - well, after some serious negotiating with the vendors I finally had my offer accepted this afternoon from an original asking price of £284,950. The house is complete and is already fitted with carpets, curtains, light fittings and turf as it is used as a semi-showhome - what a bargain, and all this for about £2,000 down. That's instant equity of £30,000 to £40,000! I've learnt from the best! Peter L Shropshire |

What a fantastic weekend, long and tiring but well worth it. You provided us all with an awful lot of information on how to become Rich for Free! What you had to say made everyone think, not only how simple to principle is but how the processes will keep money coming in for ever! Many MANY thanks Ollie Buckinghamshire |

I have been busy doing research, and setting up a part-time job (boo, hiss!) to provide a temporary cashflow for business and creative projects (hurray!) Where to start - A huge thanks to you for investing so much of your time, energy and creativity into the Property Mentor weekend. We received a quite staggering amount of information, all in a friendly, interactive environment... It was wonderful to meet so many different people, all at different stages of development. In spite of being a complete novice to the property market, I was made to feel very much at home from the start, with every one of my questions being patiently answered! In particular it was great to meet the members of your team - their presence on the course served to reinforce the fact that your techniques are in practice every day in the 'real world'. It is no more than three days since we finished, and already I have begun to put the seminar into practice and am following up on my '30-day plan'. The knowledge you imparted to us is priceless and will serve us all in both the short- and long-term. Best wishes to you and I look forward to staying in touch to keep you informed of the progress from all your hard work! Patrick London |

Just got back home and I must e-mail this to you with my deepest heartfelt thanks and praise to you for the most brilliant weekend possible: knowledge, knowledge and more knowledge presented with integrity and empathy, stirred with enough motivation and realism and finished with on-going support to ensure success to anyone who starts to implement what you have covered. The "workshop" worked very well in my eyes, with a good mixture of straight seminar/learning and activity/learning by doing, and you succeeded in getting us all to participate eagerly and positively. The numerous handouts will undoubtedly be extremely useful as we practice communications and negotiations and calculate our "stacking", together with the additional resources on the website. I'll leave it at this, although I could go on! My very best wishes, to you particularly, and to all my co-attendees for success in all that follows on from what you have given us this weekend. Wow! What can I say? Very simply your workshop is going to change my life. Prior to the workshop I only dreamt of becoming financially free. Is it REALLY possible? I now know it's not only possible, it's possible in an incredibly short time. My girlfriend and I were so fired up after the workshop that by only 8.00 pm on the last day of the workshop we were viewing a house and putting into practice some of the things we'd learnt. It was a fabulous feeling! I genuinely find it very difficult to find the words to explain how excited I am right now about our future following the workshop. All I can say really is thank you! Thank you very much for all your hard work. I very much enjoyed the work shop. The progressive way you structured the 2 days helped me to understand your new way of thinking. A lot of my questions were automatically answered for me as they were covered over the 2 days. I have already reviewed the property paper I was looking in and have changed my outlook greatly. I feel the knowledge I now have will help me to make better choices in what I buy. I very much look forward to making my first purchase and gaining more confidence with each step I take. I did a “drive by” on my way home at the end of the work shop and am filled with new ideas. Thank you again Val Buckinghamshire |

Hi, I certainly don't mind tapping out a few lines to add further praise for what you have provided for me to change my life, if I choose. There cannot be many two day courses that you come away from in possession of notes for at least three days, which I am sure will need at least four days to decipher and rewrite into some sensible summary.... ...The only problem is that my full time work has become my biggest inconvenience, move over everyone as I head for another "quadrant"! Thank you, and good luck, Fred Ashford |

I have just returned from a life changing , fantastic weekend. I want to thank you for a course that went above and beyond my expectations. Mum and I (Marie Joe) are now very focused and being proactive. Yesterday we put our first offer in! I will keep you posted! Very excited, I am sure that the lack of sleep will catch up with me at sometime, but who cares. Sarah |

Hi Everyone, Had a fantastic weekend, learned loads, met loads of great people and had a lot of fun! I think the most valuable part of the course for me was how everything was based on “real life” scenarios, as I did know a lot of the techniques prior to the course, but felt that it was only half of the package. Learning HOW to apply those techniques, using the right methods and right people was my real aim, which was achieved ! So now, I have the knowledge and know how to apply that knowledge, all that remains is doing my first deal … watch this space :-) Thanks again Neel Hertfordshire |

I'm not sure where to start as my head is still trying to recover from information overload! Information that can only be described as mind boggling and simply amazing. For me the course was the 2nd best thing that has ever happened in my life, the first being the meeting of my wife - sorry, but I'd like to live long enough to put into practice what you preached and my life would be in great danger if I put you and the course 1st!! We have already been out looking at properties - travelled to locallay and collected house details in both areas - booked our meeting with your broker for this coming Friday - emailed all our group - registered and downloaded the relevant files all within the first 24hrs. The best thing about it all is that we are having great fun - with a capital 'F' - doing it. If this is work then I'm more than happy working 24/7. Before the weekend Sara and I had decided to schedule our days due to our other business interests in order to give each interest an appropriate amount of time. Well, that has completely gone out of the window and we will be devoting most of our time to creating our property portfolio. Our sincere thanks to you in allowing us to be part of your ever growing band of property millionaires and look forward to seeing you on at the REG. Kindest regards Stuart G Buckinghamshire |
